Coenogonium luteum

Formerly Dimerella lutea, C. luteum is often found on mossy tree trunks in humid woodlands. It is generally larger than the non-lichenised but superficially similar bryoparasitic Pezizales (Octospora / Lamprospora) that occur in similar situations
